CGA’s Standard Practice Series bridges the uncertainties in California State Standards by clearly defining prudent and standard operating procedures, as practiced in the general groundwater industry. Articles are written to fill gaps in the current regulatory scheme and clarify relevant applications and interpretations of regulations. The Series describes accepted responsibilities of competent, licensed groundwater contractors and is not intended as an instruction manual for an untrained person.
